Plant Manager
Large manufacturing company (petrochemicals) seeks Plant Manager
Main Responsibilities
- General management of administrative, economic and industrial activity of the plant
- Development and implementation of the strategy of the plant at all levels (strategic, tactical, operational)
- Development of Sales Policy and identification of distribution channels
- Meeting and improvement of plant performance
- Ensuring effective implementation of production programs
- Production planning and budgeting system at the enterprise
- Maintenance and monitoring of all contractual obligations of the plant
- Development of key performance indicators for various units
- HR decisions
Requirements
- Education: University degree, MBA would be a plus
- Experience: Over 3 years’ experience as CEO of high-tech production plant in the chemical and petrochemical industry.
